How accurate is it, and what do you measure with?
To the centimeter on measured distances. Tony uses a handheld laser scanner and checks key measurements by hand.
Can I have the raw scan, or send it to my own engineer?
Yes. We can send it to you, your chosen engineer or architect, or ours.
When do I get the plans?
Within a week of the visit. Your delivery date is shown at booking.
What if my property is larger than 2,500 sq. ft.?
Choose “Larger home or building” when you book. 2,500 – 15,000 sq. ft. Pay the $650 deposit now; the balance ($0.25 – $0.30 per sq. ft.) is quoted before the visit.
